Is an Android port of an existing dual-screen iOS app eligible?

We have an existing iOS app (www.electricslide.net) that utilizes the dual screen functions of that OS. If we were to create an Android version would it be eligible for this contest? Is preference being given to brand new apps and concepts?

    Android ports of existing iOS apps are absolutely eligible. There is no preference being given for brand new apps and concepts, so go ahead and start creating an even better Android version of your app. Check out the "Resources" tab for all the technical documentation that you'll need.
